High Cost of Website Maintenance?

       Ideally, a good Church website is one that provides Church members and visitors with the most up-to-date information about its various activities, upcoming events, announcements, and developments in its different ministries. To achieve this goal, a Church website requires constant website updates. However, due to the high cost of hiring the services of a website developer or a webmaster, the Church website is rarely updated. As a result, the Church website is likened to a plain brochure that simply informs the reader about the location and contact phone number of the Church.

       We develop professional-looking websites. But this is not all. We are introducing a better way to update the important pages of your website. The © Church-Managed Website Update System is a new approach to updating the Church website in a user-friendly manner. The update process is easy to understand and easily put into operation. With a basic word-processing knowledge, changes are easily entered in the update page (we call Control Panel), and immediately posted to the website when the changes are saved or submitted.

Security Control

       Now, there are several pages that can be updated (see presentation on the right side of this page). The Administrator is the authorized Church leader who has the authority to change all the contents of these pages. However, in order to lighten the workload, the Administrator may delegate the work to other Church leaders or members by providing them with security level usernames and passwords, authorizing them to update selected pages of the website.
